1: Enter your IMEI (* # 06 #) in the appropriate field.
2: Enter the security code.
3: Click to send load the page and wait for confirmation.
4: Return to this page after 12 hours (extendable to 24).
5: After 12-24hrs repeat processes 1.2 and 3. On the confirmation page click the button that has emerged, "Download."

First go to this SITE to register: http://isign.imobile.com.cn/
Now you will the option to register your IMEI:
The image below confirms successful registration!
Note that the round orange symbol means that it is not available the certificate!
Log out and return to the site after about 3 hours!
After 3 hours go back to the site and login again.
Note that now the go-ahead is enabled indicating that the certificate is available!
Follow the image and download it.
