Nokia Secret Codes
Often quoted Firmware, Reset, etc.. And you can get to see ships, not knowing how to do these things.
The following list has some codes that can be very useful in some situations for your Nokia mobile phone.
To use them simply enter the code and see the information on the handset screen.
Check out:
* # 0000 # to see the firmware version.
* # 06 # (* # # 0M) to see the serial number, IMEI (international mobile phone's identity).
* # 2820 # (* # # BTA0) to see the Bluetooth device address.
* # 62209526 # (* # # MAC0WLAN) to see the MAC address of the WLAN adapter.
* # 92702689 # (* # # war0anty) to see the information of the lifetime. This is the total time of phone calls.
# * # 9990 test mode Bluetooth.
Soft reset (* # 7780 #): ini files are deleted from ROM but preserves user data (photos, games and applications installed). The phone will ask for confirmation, and should be used in the security code (12345).
Hard reset (* # 7370 #): This will completely format your phone. All applications and files stored will be lost. The phone will ask for confirmation, and should also be used in the security code (12345).
** There is another key combination that is used to hard reset the phone, similar to (* # 7370 #). It is very useful in some cases, eg when the telephone can not start properly. The trick is to press and hold:
(Green call button) + (*) + (3) + (key that connects the phone) for a few seconds.
Other useful codes:
Nevertheless, Keep button pressed = left menu opens a list of the programs that are running
Hold the multimedia menu (right) button = opens the music player
Press and hold the right selection button (upper right) button = opens the call by voice
Press the right selection buttons and then left quickly = keyboard workers
Hold down the # key = toggle between the silent profile and your current profile.
Hold down the 0 (zero) key = start the internet browser native
Hold down 1 = activates the "answering machine" Phone
