Using the DosBox that was posted in the part of Emulators ( www.n95br.com/dosbox ), we can use Windows 3.11, 95 or 98 in Symbian.
Some important details:
1 - Your phone must be hacked or all applications signed
2 - It works only in models with 128mb of RAM that is, models like N82, N95-2, N95-3 and N95 8GB.
3 - It has been tested and approved by the N82 and N95 8GB and WORKS PERFECTLY equal to the computer, despite running a bit slow and with very small letters.
4 - This facility does not change the phone's operating system ... Windows will run just like a normal application in the Applications folder called DOSBOX.
5 - Do at your own risk and it goes right or wrong, please comment ... But I guarantee that if it works or tutorialf taken seriously.
6 - All credit to John Weblongger (the creator of the tutorial) and the site that posted the first RamalhoBlog tutorials.

If you want Windows 95: http://www.easy-share.com/1905880387/W95.rar
If you want Windows 98: http://www.easy-share.com/1905880921/W98.rar
2 - Download the file "W3.11_Data.zip" / "W95.rar" / "W98.rar" and unzip it on your PC.
3 - Connect your Nokia mode "data transfer".
4 - Copy the folder "of" to the root of memory card (Root = out of any folder = e :/).
5 - Copy the files "dosbox.conf" and "mapper.txt" into the folder "Data" from the memory card (e :/ Data)
6 - Unplug the phone mode "data transfer" and plug it back in "PC Suite".
7 - Install the applications that are in the "Install" (uncompressed at the beginning of the tutorial) in the following sequence (all in the memory of the phone itself):
- 1 - glib.SIS
- 2 - pips_nokia_1_3_SS.sis
- 3 - RGA.sis
- 4 - SDL-1.2.13-s60-2.3.4_armv5.sisx
- 5 - ssl.SIS
- 6 - stdcpp.SIS
- 7 - stdioserver_s60_1_3_SS.SIS
- 8 - DOSBox_Slim.sisx
(If you have installed some version of the same apps, you need not install them again).
8 - Restart the phone.
* If you did everything right, just start DOSBOX chosen that Windows will open automatically (you may have to wait a long time, depending on the version installed because Windows is still too heavy for a mobile).
- Within Windows to switch between mouse and keyboard, press the Green.
- To exit the closing DOSBox emulation, press the Red. But I recommend you quit the first session of the windows before you leave, just as you would on your PC, waiting for the screen "Your computer can be safely turned off" appears.
- To set the font size to see better, using a little intuition, click "start", "settings", "control panel", "display settings" and wait to open the window, then go on the third tab of this menu and at the very end is the font size settings and etc. .. try to change everything for at least a size 14.
- To use the "right" mouse press the # key on your phone
Another tip is to close your running applications to free up phone memory.
It must be clear that one should not expect much since having this feature in Windows mobile is not as useful as it sounds. In fact it slows down and the letters are small but ....
THAT TAKES A WAVE .... AH IT TAKES!! hahahahaha
Show everybody your phone runs the same Windows that runs on ordinary computers, after all this is not a windows mobile or something ... is the same windows we used a few years ago and that some still use on their computers at home.
GOOD LUCK.
this program should be more
I only have one question: applications that run on windows, apps EXE, ran in mobile?
logical that not only changes the appearance equal GDesk
